Threadhopping: Yep.
Fourthwalling: Only if you're Deadpool.
Offensive Topics: Ask if you're worried. It's probably fine.
IC Permissions:
Hugging her: Ok, but it'll be awkward
Kissing her: Probably not. Horribly awkward if it happens.
Flirting with her: She's not going to get it, but that's fine.
Sex with her: I'd prefer to avoid it in game.
Power Use on her: Physical sure. Mental, run by me first.
Fighting her: If it makes sense, sure.
Injuring her: Nothing lasting, most of the time. If more, talk to me ahead of time.
Killing her: Well, this is a game with death so it might happen. Run it by me, though, if it's a player character going to do it.
If for any reason you're less than comfortable RPing with Rei or me, just let me know and I'll make a note of it and avoid your character and you in future.
